Common questions.
Do unused reviews roll over?
No. Your quota resets at your billing cycle end date. Pro and Team Pro users have a daily quota (500/day) that resets at UTC midnight.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new one. Your current plan stays active until the period ends. No access loss during transition.
Do team members need individual subscriptions?
No. If the team owner has a Team Pro or Team Max subscription, all members are covered under the team's shared quota.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment provider, Polar. CodePeel stores no payment card information.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Polar. Contact support if you were charged incorrectly.
